Composite resin fillings

Caries are the main cause of tooth loss. It is a microbial disease and is mainly due to the microbe s. mutans. It is caused by the destruction of the teeth by microbial metabolism byproducts, which greatly lower the intraoral ph. The same is true of the frequent consumption of acidic juices and beverages. The restoration of teeth that have been decimated and which do not have extensive destruction or are not going to receive endodontic treatment, are mainly caused by seizures. The seals are distinguished in white (resin or glass ionomer powder) and black (amalgam). Although older amalgam seals were considered more durable, the strength of modern obturator materials and their modern welding techniques make white fillings one way, so they are the only ones used in our practice.
